How long do I have to wait for my order?

Our goal is to deliver my order as quickly as possible.

Delivery usually takes 4 to 12 business days and is divided into the following steps:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
    This includes the order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, a quality check, and the careful packaging of the items.
  • Delivery time: 3–9 business days
    The delivery time depends on my location and the transport time from our international shipping center to my front door.
Which countries do you currently deliver to?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Shipping is free in both countries. We cover the costs!
Can I track my order?
Yes, after my order has been shipped, I receive a tracking number with which I can track the delivery progress. Additionally, I can check my order at any time on your tracking page!

What are the return conditions?
I can return a product for any reason within 30 days – guaranteed and without questions. I am responsible for the return shipping costs. I just need to include the return label.
How does the return work?

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as my return has arrived with you, the refund will be processed on the same day. However, processing by my bank may take 3–5 business days.

What size should I buy?

All your clothing items are based on standard sizes, and there is a size chart for most products. Your shoes and loafers fit true to size, but I should keep in mind that loafers do not have laces and therefore need to fit well. If I am unsure about my size, I should choose one size smaller for loafers to achieve the perfect fit. If I usually wear a half size, you recommend that I choose a 0.5 size smaller to get a better wearing experience. To find my ideal size, I refer to the specified foot length in CM/INCHES.
Where are your products manufactured?
You offer a wide range of products, and to ensure fair prices and adhere to your slogan Dress With Class – For Less, you source your fabrics and materials globally. Because each material can be cheaper in a different market.
