1. Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your order at ByVelour using the following methods:

1.2 Mastercard

  • Encrypted payment processing

  • Fraud prevention through verification procedures

  • Refund option in case of disputes

1.3 Twint

  • Instant mobile payments via the Twint app

  • Secure transactions through app authorization

  • Popular payment method in Switzerland, no credit card required

Note: Other payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or BLIK are not available for Switzerland.

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments will be processed in CHF (Swiss Franc) or, if applicable, in the local currency of the customer.

  • After successful payment, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with payment details and invoice.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

  • Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or a certified external payment provider that complies with PCI DSS standards.

3. Security and Data Protection

  • All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

  • We do not store complete credit card details.

  • We comply with all applicable data protection and security regulations from Google, Shopify, and financial authorities.

4. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or lack of timely payment confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact may lead to the rejection of future transactions.
