These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the ByVelour website (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our brand"). By creating an account and/or placing an order, the customer accepts the following conditions.

5.3 We inform the customer in case of delays. If the order is not delivered within 15 business days after confirmation, the customer has the right to cancel free of charge.
5.4 The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.
6.2 Returns must be made within 14 days after withdrawal. The customer bears the costs unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Refunds (including original shipping costs) are made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods, provided they are in perfect condition.
